Services
As a General Practice we accept most appointments especially in connection with accounts production and corporate and personal taxation, but we would consider any commission requested by prospective or current clients. Currently, we act for a range of clients from individual personal Tax Returns, to the accounts and tax affairs of substantial limited companies, so no work should be considered either too small or too large.
The following list is meant to be an indication of the types of work in which we are currently involved:
Accounts production -
- Preparation of annual financial statements for all concerns, whether individuals, partnerships or limited companies.
- Preparation of management accounts for various purposes, but in particular to provide management assistance to clients.
Taxation -
- Corporate taxation compliance and tax advice to limited company clients and other concerns.
- Personal taxation compliance and advice to individuals and smaller business concerns.
Management Advice -
- Advice is provided on an ad hoc basis whenever requested
Book keeping -
- Advice is given in connection with proposed bookkeeping systems, and a bookkeeping service maintained by the firm is available if required.
Payroll -
- Although not one of our primary services, a payroll service can be maintained by the firm on behalf of clients if requested.
Miscellaneous -
- We are available for consultation on any aspect of accountancy or taxation, or any other financial matters.
